Our client is a service oriented business that is very much people focused, seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Provide leadership and HR expertise ensuring all activities are aligned to company values, behaviours and objectives meeting compliance & group standards.

Salary: €75K - €80K plus benefits

The Role

• Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the delivery of the HR strategy, overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle including employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning and change management. This role combines strategic HR leadership with operational excellence across a diverse workforce.
• Deliver HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement, retention and performance.
• Lead employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Manage organisational change initiatives, restructures, consultations and TUPE processes.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation, company policies and internal controls.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and best practices across all sites.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee training, development and HR transformation projects, including HR systems and technology enhancements.
• Coach managers and build capability across the organisation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.

The Candidate

• HR Degree and CIPD qualification
• Experience in a senior HR role and capable of working in fact paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and employee relations best practice.
• Proven experience managing complex ER cases, investigations and stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated success leading organisational change and transformation projects.
• Experience using HR data and metrics to influence business decisions.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
