The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience and proven experience in leading a team of 4–6 recruiters . Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and monitor a team of 4–6 recruiters . Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets. Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions. Screen CVs according to approved JDs and hiring requirements. Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate candidates. Ensure recruiters follow proper screening and recruitment SOPs. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, referrals, and other channels . Coordinate candidate interviews with management and respective departments. Manage candidate follow-ups from initial screening until joining. Monitor offer acceptance, joining status, and candidate dropouts. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly recruitment reports. Track recruiter-wise performance and improve team productivity. Build and maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline. Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Develop new sourcing strategies and improve the overall recruitment process. Requirements 4–7+ years of experience in HR/Recruitment, with strong recruitment experience. Proven experience managing a team of 4–6 recruiters . Strong experience in end-to-end and bulk recruitment. Good knowledge of CV screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and hiring coordination. Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing platforms . Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage recruitment targets and multiple vacancies simultaneously. Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment MIS reporting . Strong ownership, decision-making, and team-management skills. Preferred Candidate Candidates with proven experience in recruitment team leadership, target-based hiring, bulk recruitment, and managing multiple recruiters will be preferred. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
