Growing Healthcare organization Stable career and overall bonus package Excellent career opportunity As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: Lead daily HR operations, optimizing workflows to ensure organizational efficiency. Partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs, manage budgets, and execute talent acquisition strategies. Establish and refine HR policies to align with evolving business needs and Singapore employment standards (MOM). Manage employee relations, performance reviews, attendance, and grievance resolution to maintain high engagement. Structure and review compensation models and job grading to maintain market competitiveness. Champion HR digitalization initiatives, leveraging AI and technology to streamline HR systems. Execute strategic HR projects and provide operational advisory to management as required. Requirements: A degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of HR experience In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and HR best practices; supervisory experience required.
