The Human Resources Department is part of the Administration Division, alongside Operations, Compliance, and Finance. HR supports the organization and its employees through talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance and professional development, employee engagement, and HR systems and operations. The department partners with leaders, managers, and employees to maintain effective and equitable people practices that support organizational priorities and a positive employee experience. Position Summary The Senior HR Generalist (People & Culture) manages key programs and practices across talent acquisition, employee experience, performance management, learning and development, and HR operations. The position partners with managers and employees to implement consistent, equitable, and people-centered HR practices and helps ensure employees are effectively supported throughout the employee lifecycle. Working within established People & Culture strategies, policies, and frameworks, the Senior HR Generalist leads assigned HR programs from planning through implementation, identifies opportunities for improvement, and provides guidance to managers and employees on HR processes and practices. The role also manages the organization’s fellowship program and contributes to effective HR systems and operations that support a positive and inclusive employee experience. The annual salary range for this full-time, remote position is $84,000–$91,000. Starting salary is determined based on the qualifications, skills, and experience directly related to the position.
