Working Closely with the HRBP Manager, you will play an important role in attracting the right talent, supporting employees throughout their journey, and contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace. This role primarily focuses on Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations , with additional exposure to HR operations, onboarding, employee orientation, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, part-time, and internship positions. Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower recruitments and identify suitable candidates. Conduct sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and pre-employment follow-ups. Explore and develop effective recruitment channels to strengthen the talent pipeline. Maintain accurate recruitment records and support hiring reports and workforce planning. Endure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Employee Relations Act as a key HR point of contact for employees and provide day-to-day HR support. Respond to employee enquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters. Support probation reviews, employee feedback conversations, performance-related processes, and exit interviews. Assist in handling employee relations matters professionally, fairly, and confidentially. Support compliance with the Employment Act 1955, relevant Malaysian Labour regulations, and internal company policies. Build positive relationships with employees and contribute to an open and collaborative workplace culture. HR Operations, Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate onboarding and off boarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR administration. Assist with statutory HR matters and ensure compliance with local requirements. Coordinate new employee orientation and help new joiners integrate smoothly into the organization. Employee Engagement & HR Projects Support the HRBP Manager in planning and implementing employee engagement initiatives and HR projects. Assist with continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and employee experience. Support other HR initiatives and operational projects as required. What We're Looking For Experience 3-5 years of HR experience , preferably with exposure to Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Generalist, People Operations, or HRBP-related responsibilities. Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently. Practical exposure to employee relations and day-to-day employee matters is highly preferred. HR Knowledge Good understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and local HR practices. Familiarity with statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB. Communication & People Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at different levels. Good verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia would be an added advantage.
