# Senior HR Executive (Infra & Construction) **Vedita Ventures** · Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Role Summary Looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR activities for the corporate office as well as multiple project sites across India and candidate should preferably have experience in the Electrical EPC, Solar EPC, Infrastructure, Engineering or Construction industry and be comfortable handling a large site-based workforce consisting of engineers, supervisors, technicians, electricians, helpers and subcontractor manpower . Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Manpower Mobilisation Handle end-to-end recruitment for Head Office and project sites. Recruit Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Officers, Store Personnel, Electricians, Technicians, Helpers and other project manpower. Coordinate urgent manpower requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects. Maintain an active database of candidates and manpower resources for rapid mobilisation. Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, medical fitness and site deployment. Develop relationships with recruitment consultants, manpower agencies, ITIs and technical institutes. Track manpower requirement versus actual deployment project-wise. Attendance, Payroll & Workforce Management Maintain and consolidate attendance records for Head Office and project sites. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave, advances, deductions and reimbursements. Maintain employee master data and salary records. Coordinate with site teams for timely submission and verification of attendance. Monitor absenteeism, employee turnover and manpower shortages. Maintain project-wise manpower MIS. Statutory & Labour Compliance Manage and coordinate statutory HR compliances including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and other applicable labour laws . Coordinate employee UAN generation, PF registration and ESIC documentation. Maintain statutory employee and labour records. Coordinate with consultants for monthly and annual statutory filings. Ensure compliance documentation required by clients at project sites is maintained and submitted on time. Support documentation relating to Workmen Compensation / Employee Compensation policies and other workforce insurance requirements. Assist management in ensuring compliance with applicable labour codes and regulations. Employee Lifecycle Management Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, transfer letters and relieving/experience letters. Conduct employee onboarding and induction. Maintain complete employee personnel files. Manage probation and confirmation processes. Coordinate performance reviews and annual appraisals. Handle resignations, notice periods, clearance and full & final settlements. Conduct exit interviews and identify reasons for employee attrition. Site HR Coordination Coordinate continuously with Project Managers and Site In-Charges regarding manpower requirements. Ensure timely mobilisation and replacement of site personnel. Maintain deployment records for employees across different project locations. Coordinate accommodation, travel and mobilisation requirements with the Administration/Project team. Ensure employee documentation required for client site entry and gate passes is available. Monitor manpower productivity, attendance and discipline in coordination with project teams. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling Act as a communication bridge between employees, site management and senior management. Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially. Handle disciplinary matters, absenteeism and workplace misconduct. Promote a professional, performance-driven and positive working environment. Assist management in employee retention initiatives. HR Policies & Systems Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes suitable for a growing EPC organisation. Standardise recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, appraisal and separation processes. Implement proper HR documentation and approval workflows. Support implementation and management of HRMS/attendance systems. Create structured employee grading, designation and compensation frameworks as the organisation grows. MIS & Management Reporting Prepare periodic HR MIS covering: Total manpower strength Project-wise manpower deployment Open vacancies Recruitment status New joinees and exits Employee turnover Attendance and absenteeism Payroll summary Overtime Statutory compliance status Employee cost Manpower mobilisation requirements Provide management with early alerts regarding critical vacancies, high attrition, manpower shortages and compliance issues. Candidate Profile Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, MHRM or equivalent HR qualification preferred. Experience: Preferably 3–7 years of relevant HR experience. Experience in Electrical EPC, Solar EPC, MEP, Infrastructure, Construction, Power or Engineering companies will be strongly preferred.
