Mô tả công việc: (Mức lương: Thỏa thuận) Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Retention Manage end-to-end recruitment: from JD collection, posting, screening, interviews, reference checks (as part of safer recruitment), to onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruitment support. Promote employer branding through social media, career platforms, and events to attract high quality candidates. Maintain a talent pipeline to meet future workforce needs. Conduct onboarding, stay, and exit interviews to gather insights on employee experience. Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing employee retention strategies and engagement programs. Staff Formalities, Contracts, Insurance & HRIS Handle expatriate formalities independently, including guiding staff on work permits, visas, and residence cards, and working with government agencies or service providers as needed. Work closely with the HR Supervisor, C&B to: Support social insurance registration, changes, and compliance. Assist with personal health and accident insurance matters, including enrollment and claims. Prepare and manage employment offers and contracts. Keep employee records and HRIS data accurate and up to date Performance Management & Learning Support Support the full Performance Management Process (PMP): timeline coordination, communication, progress tracking, and data consolidation. Conduct PMP training sessions to ensure all staff understand the system, timeline, and expectations. Assist the HR Manager in planning and tracking training programs (internal/external), maintaining training records, and gathering feedback to support continuous learning. HR Policy, Budgeting, Events & Administration Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and guidelines, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with organizational direction. Collect HR-related data to support workforce planning and budgeting. Organize and support HR-led events and employee engagement activities (e.g., onboarding, staff bonding, wellness initiatives). Participate in the planning and execution of broader school or organization-wide events as part of the HR team. Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and process improvement efforts. Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, expatriate regulations, social insurance, and standard HR practices. Experience with recruitment, safer hiring practices, performance management, and training coordination. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in both Vietnamese and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
