# Senior Hiring Expert / Recruitment Specialist **Kohinoor Group** · Kalyan, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Senior Hiring Expert / Recruitment Specialist Industry: Real Estate & Construction Experience: 3–7 Years Location: Kalyan East Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and recruitment expertise Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment for the Real Estate & Construction industry. - Understand manpower requirements from management and department heads and develop effective sourcing strategies. - Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, consultants, social media, and other channels. - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. - Handle 20+ hirings per month across different departments and seniority levels. - Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and close positions within defined timelines. - Coordinate interviews with department heads and management. - Follow up with candidates from screening to selection and joining. - Negotiate salary, designation, notice period, and joining date with selected candidates. - Coordinate offer releases and ensure candidates join as committed. - Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and talent pipelines. - Build a strong network of Real Estate & Construction professionals for current and future hiring. - Develop relationships with recruitment consultants and other hiring sources when required. - Proactively source and approach candidates for urgent and senior-level positions. Key Positions to Hire - Real Estate Sales / Business Development - Sales Manager / Sales Executive - CRM / Customer Relationship Manager - Pre-Sales / Telecaller - Project Manager / Project Engineer - Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor - Architect / Draftsman - Purchase / Procurement - Finance & Accounts - Legal / Liaison - Land Acquisition / Redevelopment - Admin & Support Staff - Senior Management / Leadership Positions Required Skills - Strong candidate sourcing and recruitment expertise. - Good network within the Real Estate & Construction talent market. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills. - Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. - Ability to handle both bulk and specialized hiring. - Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills. - Ability to work with tight hiring deadlines and close 20+ positions monthly. - Good understanding of Real Estate industry roles and salary levels. Qualification Graduate / MBA in HR preferred. Preferred Candidate Someone who is well-connected within the Real Estate & Construction talent market and can independently source, screen, negotiate, and close candidates for junior, mid-level, and senior positions. Key Requirement: This role is suitable for a recruitment professional who can independently manage hiring requirements and deliver 20+ successful hires every month.
