This opportunity would particularly suit someone currently working at a senior HSE / Health Board level who is approaching retirement, or someone who has recently retired and would like to continue using their experience on a more flexible basis. You will work directly with the business owners and play an important role in helping shape and grow the healthcare side of the business. The role will include: Advising on healthcare strategy and growth Supporting business development Building relationships within the Irish healthcare sector Advising on HSE structures, processes and opportunities Supporting partnerships and new projects Providing senior-level guidance to the management team Using your experience and professional network to support the growth of the business We are looking for someone who: Has significant senior-level experience within the HSE, Health Board or Irish healthcare sector Has worked in senior management, executive or leadership positions Has a strong understanding of the Irish healthcare system Has a strong professional network Is commercially minded Is approaching retirement or recently retired Would like a flexible but meaningful senior role Package: Competitive wage/salary depending on experience and agreed hours Potential 2% shareholding in the business Flexible working arrangement Opportunity to be involved in the long-term growth and direction of the company The 2% shareholding would be discussed with the successful candidate and agreed based on their role, commitment and long-term involvement.
