Kira Beauty is a premium beauty salon in Business Bay seeking talented and experienced Hair Stylists and Senior Hair Stylists who are passionate about delivering exceptional hair services and outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

-Proficient in professional haircuts, precision cutting, blow-dries, and advanced hairstyling.

-Experienced with all hair types and textures, including straight, wavy, curly, coily, and textured hair, with expertise in curly hair cutting, styling, and care.

-Skilled in root touch-ups, full-head coloring, toning, highlights, lowlights, balayage, ombré, babylights, and color correction.

-Experienced in keratin, protein, Brazilian blowout, hair masks, and scalp treatments.

-Strong knowledge of color theory, chemical treatments, hair health, and professional haircare products.

-Ability to conduct personalized consultations and recommend suitable services and treatments.

-Maintain exceptional hygiene, sanitation, professionalism, and customer service standards.

-Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry developments.

Additional Requirements for Senior Hair Stylists

-Advanced expertise in complex coloring, color correction, precision cutting, and hair transformations.

-Ability to independently handle advanced services and guide junior team members.

Candidate Requirements

-Proven professional salon experience with strong technical skills.

-Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

-Professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality results.

-Experience in a luxury salon is an advantage.

-Portfolio showcasing previous work is preferred.
