The ideal candidate finds joy in designing statics, thrives in fast-paced social media environments, and is equally skilled at transforming ideas into dynamic video edits. Key Qualities & Skills: Exceptional Attention to Detail: Elevates every design with precision and aesthetic sensitivity. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools. AI-Driven Creativity: Strong grasp of AI prompt engineering, using tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, and other 2025-standard creative platforms to accelerate ideation and design output. Proficiency in Modern Design & Motion Tools: Familiarity with Figma, Canva Pro, Blender (bonus), CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and other current industry tools. Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Skilled in crafting short-form social videos, animations, transitions, and platform-optimised content. Social Media Native: Deep understanding of trends, aesthetics, layouts, hooks, and formats that perform well across Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. Brand-First Thinking: Able to maintain brand identity while still pushing creative boundaries. Collaborative & Adaptable: Works seamlessly with strategy, copy, and marketing teams to deliver quick-turnaround, high-impact creatives. Curious, Fun & Experiment-Driven: Someone who truly enjoys the design process—playing with styles, exploring new tech, and infusing projects with fresh ideas. What We’re Looking For: A designer who blends traditional design craft with modern, AI-enhanced creativity. Someone who enjoys experimenting with the newest tools, cares deeply about visual storytelling, and can produce scroll-stopping content across formats.
