This is a remote role focused on delivering end-to-end NetSuite implementations for clients across the U.S. and North America. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on NetSuite functional consulting experience, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to independently manage client requirements from discovery through implementation and go-live. While the role is primarily remote, occasional travel within North America will be required for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support. Conduct client discovery sessions and translate business requirements into effective NetSuite solutions. Configure NetSuite according to business and functional requirements while following implementation best practices. Work across key functional areas including Record-to-Report (R2R), Design-to-Build, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) . Provide functional expertise across inventory, manufacturing, planning, and warehouse-related processes. Work closely with technical and integration teams on third-party integrations such as e-commerce platforms, shipping solutions, and 3PL/logistics systems. Conduct system demonstrations, user training, testing sessions, and client workshops. Manage client communication and collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions aligned with NetSuite capabilities. Travel to client locations across North America when required for workshops, meetings, or implementation activities. Requirements 4+ years of experience working as a NetSuite Functional Consultant. Must be currently based in the United States . Experience working with a NetSuite Partner or NetSuite Professional Services (PS) is strongly preferred. Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration and functional implementation. Proven experience delivering approximately 6–8 end-to-end NetSuite implementations . Strong functional knowledge of: Record-to-Report (R2R) Design-to-Build Order-to-Cash (O2C) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Strong implementation experience in at least three of the following areas: Advanced Inventory Work Orders & Assemblies WIP & Routing Demand Planning Warehouse Management System (WMS) Experience with third-party integrations involving e-commerce, shipping, or 3PL/logistics solutions will be preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders. Strong consulting, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Willingness and ability to travel within North America when required for client engagements . Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field . BBA or MBA is preferred.
