Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Go + Next.JS + React Native)
5+ years of full-stack experience; strong in Go (or deep TypeScript experience and proven ability to pick up Go fast). Solid React/Next.js; React Native experience is a major plus. Comfortable with webhook-driven / telephony / event-based systems — you've debugged async flows across service boundaries. Able to read and navigate a large, unfamiliar codebase independently. Strong SQL and comfort operating PostgreSQL in production. English C1+ written and spoken. Based in Latin America with at least 6 hours of overlap with US Pacific time. Fix bugs at the root cause: triage reports from live users, trace them through the full stack, and fix the underlying problem — not the symptom. Harden reliability: improve test coverage, observability, and error handling across a system built at high velocity. Ship features: case-opening automation, workflow tooling, telephony improvements, AI-assisted document workflows. Own production: deploys, database migrations, and occasional on-call for critical issues. Telnyx or Twilio programmable voice/messaging experience. Expo native modules / config plugins. Experience building LLM-powered features. Legal, medical, or insurance domain exposure.
