Our proprietary ecosystem powers workflow automation, real-time inspection reporting, tenant-agent portals, and task routing across thousands of properties. We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking Full-Stack Engineer who embraces next-generation AI tooling to build fast, scalable, and resilient software. What You Will Do Drive end-to-end feature delivery across frontend interfaces (web/mobile portals) and backend microservices/APIs. Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) to dramatically accelerate feature development, refactoring, and prototype validation. Integrate AI into quality assurance by generating automated test suites (unit, integration, E2E), stress testing edge cases, and running QA checks. Implement AI-driven features into the Crossub ecosystem, including smart workflow automations, document/report parsing, and intelligent task routing. Maintain clean code standards, perform rigorous code reviews, and optimize application performance and security. What We Are Looking For 3+ Years of Production Experience: Proven track record building and scaling end-to-end web/mobile architectures across the full stack. Full-Stack Competency: Strong command of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or Vue) and robust backend environments (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Go), alongside relational and NoSQL databases. Mastery of AI-Powered Development: Expert in using modern AI pair-programming tools to write, debug, and refactor production-ready code with high velocity. AI-Assisted QA & Testing: Demonstrated experience utilizing AI to craft comprehensive test plans, generate test mocks, and run automated QA pipelines. Foundations in AI System Design: Clear understanding of LLM integration patterns (prompt engineering, RAG, tool-calling APIs, and embedding models) for product features. Strong Work Ethic & Ownership: Highly driven, proactive problem solver with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and a passion for high-impact shipping. Nice-to-Haves Experience with mobile application frameworks (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android). Familiarity with PropTech, property management workflows, or real-time task allocation engines. Experience with CI/CD automation and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Docker/Kubernetes).
