Backend (Python/Django) - Build and optimize robust, scalable APIs for our platform. - Design efficient database schemas and manage complex data models. - Ensure API security with modern standards (OAuth, JWT). - Work on AI-native features using OpenAI, Anthropic, 11Labs, and other AI technologies. - Integrate and manage RAG-based AI solutions and vector databases. - Deploy and optimize cloud services and CI/CD pipelines. Frontend (React/React Native) - Build responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind - Collaborate with product manager and designer to implement intuitive UI/UX. Cross-Platform Mobile (React Native) - Support/maintain a cross-platform mobile application with a focus on performance and usability. Requirements - Bachelor's degree of computer science or equivalent. - 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using Python and Django. - Strong experience building and optimizing scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs. - Proficient in designing relational database schemas and managing complex data models (PostgreSQL preferred). - Solid understanding of containerization and deployment workflows using Docker. - Strong experience with React and TypeScript in production environments. - Proficiency in building responsive web UIs using Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks. - Ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional and maintainable frontend code. - Experience integrating APIs and managing frontend state (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
