We just entered a fast growth phase and are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a backend focus to help scale the systems powering our Content Engine. You’ll own architecture end-to-end and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team in Munich. Tasks Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs Contribute across the stack, including frontend, as needed Setup autonomous high throughput workflows Ship fast, iterate with the team Requirements 5+ years of professional software development experience Strong hands-on experience with languages like Python or Node.js/Typescript Low ego, high ownership - you care more about getting it right than being right A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field Experience in deploying applications using containerization and orchestration tools (such as Docker) Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (min.
