As we continue to scale, technology is at the heart of our ambition to become the market-leading SaaS platform within the built environment. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our development team and play a key role in building, improving and scaling our product suite. The Role As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software across both the front-end and back-end of our platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in excellent delivery , writes maintainable and scalable code, and wants to have a genuine impact on the products they work on. You will work closely with our Head of Development, product and operational teams to understand requirements, solve technical problems and turn ideas into reliable, user-focused solutions. As a senior member of the team, you will also be expected to contribute to technical decisions, support other developers and help us continually improve how we develop and deliver software. Key Responsibilities Own the development and delivery of features across our SaaS product suite. Work across both front-end and back-end development . Design, develop and maintain scalable, secure and maintainable software. Translate business and product requirements into effective technical solutions. Work closely with product and operational teams to understand requirements and deliver against them. Take ownership of development tasks from initial planning through to deployment. Investigate and resolve bugs, technical issues and performance problems. Contribute to architectural and technical decisions. Review code and provide constructive feedback to other developers. Help establish and maintain strong development standards and best practices. Support the continuous improvement of our development processes, tooling and ways of working. Consider security, performance, scalability and usability throughout the development lifecycle. Work with our Azure infrastructure and contribute to the continued scalability and resilience of the platform. Help identify technical debt and opportunities to improve the existing product. Support the Head of Development in shaping the technical roadmap and future development capability. Stay up to date with relevant technologies and development practices. We want someone who understands why technology decisions are made and can help us improve the way we build our platform. What We're Looking ForEssential Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer . Strong experience with C# and .NET . Strong experience with Angular / TypeScript . Solid experience working with MySQL or relational databases . Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs . Experience working with Microsoft Azure . Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience working with version control, preferably Git. Strong understanding of application security, performance and scalability. Experience working within an Agile or similar development environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail. A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality software. Desirable Experience working with SaaS products. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with automated testing and test-driven development. Experience designing system architecture. Experience integrating third-party APIs and services. Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure. Experience working within a regulated or compliance-focused environment. Experience mentoring or supporting junior/mid-level developers.
