The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and the ability to design scalable, production-ready AI solutions. You will work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and designers to develop intelligent applications that leverage modern AI technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable microservices. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. - Build AI-powered products using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models. - Develop conversational AI, AI agents, chatbots, document processing systems, and workflow automation tools. - Integrate AI APIs, vector databases, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering into production applications. - Build secure RESTful APIs and GraphQL services. - Architect cloud-native, microservices-based applications. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. - Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy production-ready AI models. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices. - Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. - Monitor production applications and troubleshoot complex technical issues Required Experience - 6–10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development. - 2+ years of experience building AI-powered applications. - Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs. - Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases. - Experience deploying cloud-native applications. - Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design. - Experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend services. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Nice to Have - Experience with AI Agent frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph). - Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals. - Experience with OCR, document intelligence, and multimodal AI. - Knowledge of MLOps practices. - Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog. - Contributions to open-source projects. - Experience building SaaS products.
