Our Forward Deployed Analysts are key to guiding and training our customers. Now we are hiring someone with experience to lead our team of analysts in Manila. Role Your job is to work directly with our customers, often from within their offices (usually in Metro Manila, but also in other cities), to understand their requirements and help them understand their data. The end goal is typically a set of dashboards. To get there will usually involve: - Managing and mentoring our analysts - Training the customer’s staff on our software - Speaking with the customer’s IT staff to identify where relevant data resides - Working with the customer to create or enhance a data dictionary - Creating or reviewing SQL queries - Experimenting with different visualizations - Traveling to business meetings and events Benefits We have an engineering culture and focus on results rather than process.
