The ideal candidate will combine exceptional floral design skills with the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of the flower shop, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality arrangements, and a well-organized retail environment. Key Responsibilities Floral Design & Customer Service Design and create premium floral arrangements for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, anniversaries, and special occasions. Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements based on their preferences and budget. Provide expert guidance on flower care and maintenance. Stay updated with the latest floral design trends, techniques, and seasonal products. Customize bouquets and arrangements to meet customer requirements. Shop Management Oversee the daily operations of the flower shop to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Manage inventory, including ordering flowers, plants, packaging materials, and floral accessories. Monitor flower quality and freshness, minimizing waste through proper stock rotation. Receive, inspect, and prepare incoming flower shipments. Ensure the shop is clean, organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked at all times. Coordinate with suppliers to maintain consistent inventory and product quality. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Maintain accurate inventory and sales records. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a florist or in a related floral design role (senior experience preferred). Strong floral design, bouquet-making, and arrangement skills. Experience in managing or supervising a flower shop. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Ability to manage inventory and maintain flower quality. Positive attitude with a professional and presentable appearance. Passion for flowers, design, and delivering memorable customer experiences. Ability to work under pressure during busy seasons and festive occasions. Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and outdoor events when required. Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience: Florist: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
