Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing corporate accounts and develop new business. Build strong relationships with corporate and VIP clients. Prepare floral concepts, proposals, quotations, and service packages. Lead and supervise the floral team and daily studio operations. Create premium floral arrangements, installations, and event designs. Coordinate recurring floral services for offices, hotels, and events. Manage orders, client follow-ups, purchasing, inventory, quality, and wastage. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations. Requirements 5+ years of professional florist experience. Previous supervisory/managerial experience. Proven corporate client and business-development experience. Strong floral design, sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
