Senior Florist

We’re looking for a talented and experienced head Florist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, a strong eye for design, and the ability to create beautiful arrangements for everyday orders, weddings, events, and special occasions.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing high-quality floral arrangements and bouquets
• Advising customers on flower selection, style, and seasonal availability
• Ordering and caring for fresh flowers and supplies
• Supporting and mentoring junior florists
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inspiring workspace

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a florist, preferably in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, floral techniques, and seasonal products
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with weddings and events is an advantage
• Flexible availability, including weekends and busy seasonal periods
