Senior Floral Designer & Production Manager

We are launching a premium floral and gifting concept in Dubai and are looking for a talented floral professional to take a leading role in shaping our creative collections and day-to-day floral operations.

This position combines hands-on floral design, product development, supplier coordination, and commercial planning.

The ideal candidate has a refined sense of style, extensive experience with high-end floral arrangements, and the ability to transform creative ideas into beautiful, cost-effective products.

Your Key Responsibilities

Floral Design & Product Development

• Design distinctive floral arrangements, signature bouquets, and seasonal collections.
• Develop sophisticated floral concepts for private celebrations, weddings, corporate occasions, and luxury gifting.
• Establish a recognizable visual identity and consistent presentation standards.
• Adapt floral compositions to different price categories without compromising their overall appearance.

Studio Operations & Production

• Oversee the preparation and execution of daily floral orders.
• Organize production workflows to maintain efficiency, freshness, and exceptional finishing quality.
• Plan flower quantities and material requirements according to upcoming orders and projects.
• Maintain consistent design standards across individual and repeat orders.

Purchasing & Financial Management

• Coordinate with local flower wholesalers and suppliers to secure suitable varieties, quality, and pricing.
• Calculate material costs, labor requirements, and production expenses.
• Monitor inventory, minimize flower wastage, and optimize purchasing decisions.
• Develop commercially sustainable floral products with healthy profit margins.
• Recommend suitable flower alternatives based on availability, seasonality, and project budgets.

Client & Event Projects

• Create floral solutions for corporate gifting, hospitality, private events, and special occasions.
• Translate client briefs into practical design concepts and achievable production plans.
• Support larger floral installations and event-related projects when required.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the floral industry, preferably within the premium or luxury segment.
• An impressive portfolio demonstrating creativity, composition, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• Previous involvement in event floristry, weddings, corporate projects, or high-end floral retail.
• Excellent understanding of flower varieties, conditioning, seasonal availability, and longevity.
• Familiarity with Dubai and UAE flower markets, wholesalers, and sourcing channels.
• Practical experience with floral pricing, budgeting, inventory management, and cost optimization.
• Ability to develop arrangements that are visually attractive, practical to reproduce, and financially sustainable.
• Strong organizational skills and the confidence to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Good spoken and written English.
• A proactive, independent approach and a genuine passion for floral design.

Recruitment & Skills Assessment

Selected applicants will be invited for an interview and a hands-on floral design evaluation.

The practical assessment will involve creating three floral arrangements within the following retail price categories:

• AED 300–350
• AED 550
• AED 1,000–1,200

Candidates will also be asked to demonstrate their approach to flower selection, estimated production time, material costing, and alternative flower choices.
