Review financial schedules, account balances, and supporting documents to identify discrepancies, unusual variances, and potential errors. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management reporting packages. Coordinate with Accounting and Finance teams to resolve financial reporting issues and ensure timely submission of reports. Provide financial analysis and insights to management to support business decisions and improve financial performance. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in reviewing and analyzing financial statements, financial reports, and account reconciliations. Real estate industry experience is highly preferred, particularly with property-related accounting or financial reporting. Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite; knowledge of other accounting systems is an advantage. Work Location: In person
