Skills & Requirements:- - Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Hands-on experience with Naukri and other job portals. - Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. - Candidates from Real Estate, NBFC, or BFSI backgrounds are preferred.
