# Senior Executive - Regulatory Compliance **Obopay** · HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position Title : Senior Executive - Regulatory Compliance Industry : Payments / Fintech Regulatory Environment : RBI-regulated PPI Issuer; proposed Payment Aggregator business Experience : 3 to 5 years Reporting To : Compliance Head Location : Bangalore Role Purpose - Support the Head of Compliance in managing the organisation’s regulatory compliance framework as an - RBI-regulated Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) issuer. - Assist in preparing the organisation for its proposed entry into the Payment Aggregator (PA) business. - Coordinate regulatory compliance activities across the organisation. - Assist with the development and review of policies and procedures. - Manage regulatory returns and submissions. - Monitor the implementation of RBI and NPCI directions. - Coordinate with internal business and support functions on compliance matters. - Support the organisation’s application for Payment Aggregator authorization, including: - o Collating information and preparing supporting documentation. - o Conducting regulatory gap assessments. - o Tracking implementation of required actions. - Support day-to-day compliance activities after the organisation receives its PA licence. - Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Technology and the Board Secretariat. - Liaise with the RBI, NPCI, Mastercard and other relevant stakeholders, as applicable to the organisation’s business and payment arrangements. Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
