The incumbent will collaborate with regional regulatory team to manage regulatory interpretation, oversee labelling requirements for imported and domestic products, facilitate product communication, perform material compliance reviews, and provide comprehensive regulatory support services. This is a standalone role and reports directly to a remote manager based in Shanghai. What You'll Do Conduct regulatory compliance reviews for raw materials, finished products and recipes across Hong Kong and APAC markets Prepare and review product labels, packaging artwork and regulatory documents for imported and local products Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product development and launch activities Support product registration, import permits and regulatory submissions Monitor regulatory developments and maintain compliance databases Provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders What We're Looking For Higher Diploma / Degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related discipline with a strong interest in Regulatory Affairs are encouraged to apply 1 year of related experience of Hong Kong food regulations and labelling requirements Knowledge of Singapore or other APAC regulations is an advantage Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Immediate available is preferred.
