In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and technically compliant cost estimates for our current and upcoming projects What We Look For (Requirements) Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 5 to 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE market. Software: Advanced skills in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools (Candy, CostX, or PlanSwift). Skills: Strong knowledge of local UAE market rates, supplier networks, and FIDIC contracts. Traits: Sharp attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and ability to meet tight bid deadlines.
