Senior Estimation Engineer

Glassline is looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team in KIZAD, Abu Dhabi, UAE .

The successful candidate will prepare accurate, competitive, and technically compliant cost estimates and tender submissions for façade and aluminium projects, supporting quantity take-offs, pricing build-ups, and pre-contract technical coordination.

Key requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in estimation and cost engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field
• Good understanding of aluminium systems, façade components, glass types, and related hardware
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and façade drawings and specifications
• Solid understanding of quantity take-offs, cost build-ups, and estimation principles
• Familiarity with fabrication, production, and installation processes affecting cost and productivity
• Ability to evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and identify technical and commercial risks affecting pricing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation tools, including estimation spreadsheets, cost models, and pricing tools; ERP or costing software experience is an advantage
• Strong numerical, analytical, and coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
