The ideal candidate will be responsible for B2B lead generation, prospecting, customer engagement, appointment setting, and developing new ERP business opportunities across the Saudi market. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified ERP leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and field activities. Understand customer requirements and identify suitable ERP opportunities. Schedule customer meetings, ERP presentations, and product demonstrations. Promote ERP solutions including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR & Payroll, CRM, Manufacturing, Projects, BI/Dashboards, and Cloud ERP. Maintain regular prospect follow-ups and an active sales pipeline. Update leads and activities in CRM and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Candidate Profile Experience: 2–5 years in B2B marketing, business development, lead generation, software sales, or IT solutions. ERP/SaaS/CRM/HRMS experience: Preferred Saudi market experience: Strong advantage Arabic: Good communication skills English: Preferred Strong cold-calling, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident, results-oriented, and passionate about ERP technology and business solutions.
