# Senior ERP Functional Consultant **CXC Philippines** · Ortigas · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are seeking a Senior ERP Functional Consultant (Ivalua) to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes on the Ivalua platform. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions, drive implementations/rollouts, and provide expert support through go-live and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements workshops, process mapping (as-is/to-be), and solution design across Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, Requisitioning, Purchasing, Invoicing, and Catalogs (based on scope). Configure Ivalua modules: workflows/approvals, supplier onboarding, questionnaires, catalogs, templates, rules, permissions, and validations. Define integration needs and collaborate with technical teams on interfaces with ERP (SAP/Oracle), finance/AP, SSO, e-signature, tax, and data/reporting tools. Support data migration: supplier/item/master data, contracts, and transactions; validate data quality and reconciliation. Drive SIT/UAT: test strategy, scenarios, defect triage, and business sign-offs; support cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Establish governance: SOPs, controls, audit trails, role/security model, and change management standards. Provide production support and continuous improvement: incident analysis, root-cause fixes, enhancement backlog, and KPI reporting. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery standards, documentation, and best practices. Qualifications 5–8+ years in ERP/S2P functional consulting with strong hands-on Ivalua experience (implementation and/or support). Strong understanding of procurement controls: approvals, compliance, 3-way match , supplier risk, and contract lifecycle. Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
