SERIOUS QUESTION: You've spent years earning the trust of the people who run anesthesia groups and surgery centers. What would it be worth to finally cash in on those relationships with an offer they'll thank you for bringing them? In 18 years of recruiting sales professionals, I've met a lot of healthcare reps with relationships most sales leaders would envy. Many of them are underpaid for what those relationships are worth. Some are capped by comp plans that stop rewarding them right when they get good. Some are selling a service that looks like everyone else's. And some quietly hold back their best introductions because they aren't sure the team behind them will deliver after the contract is signed. This role fixes all three. My client is an award winning specialty revenue cycle management firm with more than 25 years in the market. They're Great Place to Work certified, an Inc. 5000 honoree, and have dedicated divisions for anesthesia, behavioral health, and specialty billing. Their clients see net collection rates in the high 90s and meaningful revenue growth within months, not years. In other words, when you bring them a group, they make you look good. They're adding one more Senior Enterprise Account Executive to the team right now as they continue to expand. Anesthesia groups and ambulatory surgery centers billing in the eight to nine figures are the primary focus. If you have strong relationships in other specialties that fit this profile, we're open to that conversation too. What makes this role different Your relationships are the pipeline. This is a pure hunter role with little to no marketing support. You already know the owners, physician leaders, CEOs, CFOs, and VPs of revenue cycle who make these decisions. This is where those relationships finally pay what they're worth. You eat what you kill. Commission is uncapped and paid monthly. You earn 7 to 8% on everything your clients are invoiced in their first 12 months, then 2% for the next 12 months. A typical contract is worth around $350K a year to the company, and larger groups reach into the millions. You're backed by leadership, not left on an island. Senior leadership works alongside you on final qualification, the pitch, and contract terms, and signs every deal. Once a contract is signed, a dedicated onboarding team led by the division head, with implementation specialists and IT, handles the heavy lifting through a roughly 90 day go-live. You stay in those meetings and stay in touch with the client at least quarterly, so your reputation stays protected long after the sale. You pick your battles. You choose the conferences you want to work, with approval, plus 3 to 5 company events each year. Expect about 20% travel. You'll report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and work remotely from anywhere in the US. This role isn't for everyone If you need leads handed to you, this position is not for you. If you don't already have relationships with decision makers at large anesthesia groups, surgery centers, or similar medical groups, this position is not for you. If most of your experience is selling to small practices, this position is not for you. If you need commission checks in your first few months, this position is not for you. Commission starts once your client pays their first invoice, typically 4 to 5 months after signing. The base covers you in the meantime. As a sales pro, you understand the difference between someone who sends proposals and hopes, and someone who can walk into a room with a group's CEO, CFO, and board and earn a multi-year commitment. This role is for the second person. A heads up on the process The hiring process for this role is rigorous, and intentionally so. There is one seat, the earning potential is significant, and the client needs to be confident in who fills it. Expect multiple stages and expect us to dig into your track record and your relationships. If that sounds like a fair process for a role like this, you'll probably enjoy it.
