# Senior Engineer Infrastructure Operations **EcoCeres** · Kowloon · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position Summary The Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager, Infrastructure Operations support the Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Lead to manage and oversee IT infrastructure, multi-cloud services, Microsoft 365, and end-user support across headquarters, manufacturing sites, and overseas offices, ensuring secure, reliable, and cost-effective operations. The role connects business users, internal IT teams, and vendors, while supporting procurement, asset lifecycle management, and continuous service improvement. Roles and Responsibilities Infrastructure Operations - Manage servers, storage, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user environments across headquarters, manufacturing sites, and overseas offices. - Define and enforce group-wide infrastructure standards, architecture, security controls, capacity plans, and operational procedures from headquarters. - Coordinate regional teams and vendors on incidents, maintenance, upgrades, migrations, technology refresh, and service improvement. Multi-Cloud Management & Service Governance - Support group-wide multi-cloud and hybrid governance from headquarters, ensuring consistent architecture, security, resilience, performance, and service standards. - Oversee business-critical applications and services across regions, coordinating local teams, vendors, continuity planning, and escalation management. - Consolidate cloud capacity, resource allocation, usage forecasting, budgets, and cost optimization to support enterprise priorities and management reporting. Microsoft 365 Operations & Administration - Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune. - Manage accounts, licenses, permissions, access controls, service health, and escalations. - Maintain Microsoft 365 security, governance, compliance, performance, and availability. End User Computing & Workplace Technology - Manage & support End User Computing & Workplace Technology across headquarters, manufacturing sites, and overseas companies. - Manage the deployment and lifecycle of computers, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, conferencing systems, and meeting-room technology - Administer endpoints through Intune and related platforms, ensuring security and policy compliance. - Maintain support standards and knowledge documents, and coordinate operations, maintenance, service delivery, and issue resolution with vendors. IT Procurement & Asset Lifecycle Management Support - Support procurement of hardware, software, cloud subscriptions, and IT services, including purchase requests, quotations, and related documentation. - Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, stakeholders, and vendors on approvals, delivery, warranties, and renewals. - Maintain assets, licenses, subscriptions, and inventory records throughout allocation, transfer, replacement, and disposal. IT Audit & Information Security - Support internal and external IT audits by coordinating evidence, access reviews, control testing, remediation actions, and stakeholder follow-up. - Apply information security practices across infrastructure and operations, including access control, vulnerability management, data protection, incident response, risk management, and policy compliance. Documentation & Continuous Improvement - Maintain infrastructure documentation, procedures, diagrams, inventories, and knowledge articles. - Drive automation, standardization, service optimization, and process improvement. - Keep current with relevant infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, and industry practices. The Tech Stack & Environment - Cloud & Infrastructure: Multi-cloud platforms, enterprise networking, server and storage architecture. - Microsoft 365 Ecosystem: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive. - Identity & Endpoint Management: Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, mobile device management (MDM). Requirements - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure operations, systems administration, or end-user support in an multi-national enterprise environment. - Hands-on administration of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune. - Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, endpoint management, networking, and cloud or hybrid infrastructure. - Working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management. - Experience in managing 3rd party implementation & support services in an effective manner. - Experience supporting IT audits and a practical understanding of information security controls, risk, compliance, and remediation tracking. - Strong troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. - Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English, with the ability to support regional and overseas users. Preferred Qualifications - Relevant Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Enterprise Cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure, OCI), ITIL, infrastructure, or cybersecurity certification.
