Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engagement Manager to manage end-to-end client projects and consulting engagements involving technology solutions, enterprise software, system integration, and service delivery. The role requires strong project management capabilities, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements and projects from initiation through implementation and completion.
• Coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication between clients and delivery teams.
• Oversee the implementation of new or enhanced technology solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery challenges.
• Ensure project outcomes meet agreed client requirements and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong ServiceNow domain or technology experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven expertise in project and engagement management, preferably in technology consulting or enterprise IT delivery.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and client relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sufficient technical understanding to coordinate competing business and technical priorities.
