In this role, you will own software architecture decisions, build high-performance embedded systems, and mentor a dynamic team of engineers. What You’ll Do Technical Leadership: Own software architecture decisions, analyze client requirements, and drive technical design/code reviews. Core Development: Design, develop, and test complex embedded software components for automotive systems. Problem-Solving: Lead deep debugging, root-cause analysis, and system integration. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers while ensuring high coding standards and best practices. What You Bring to the Team 5+ years of embedded software development experience, especially in Automotive Embedded Systems . Advanced expertise in C/C++ programming. Solid experience with Multi-core embedded systems, RTOS, or Bare-metal development. Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols and software architecture. Bonus points if you have experience with: AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive), Radar systems, ADAS, ISO 26262, CANoe, Davinci, or Infineon TriCore platforms.
