Immediate Joining - Senior ELV Project Engineer who needs strong knowledge in CCTV, Access Control and the complete ELV Systems

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior ELV Project Engineer with in-depth knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and complete ELV systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project execution, installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ELV and security systems.

The candidate will be responsible for managing ELV projects from planning through completion, ensuring technical compliance, quality standards, and timely project delivery.

SIRA Certification & Knowledge (Added Advantage)

• SIRA Certification will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in handling the SIRA online portal , including system approvals, applications, submissions, and related documentation, will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience handling SIRA-related project approvals and compliance procedures is preferred.
• Good understanding of UAE security system regulations and relevant authority requirements is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform major and minor preventive maintenance and repairs by troubleshooting access control and attendance systems.

Identify, track and remove abandoned cables

Test every newly installed or relocated systems/cables in accordance with established procedures

Keep cable neatly tied and bundled while maintaining safety standards

Develop in-depth knowledge of National Building Codes and standards

Record time and materials used

Assist other members of the team with installation and maintenance

Be able to work in various environments including outdoors in varying degrees of weather working at heights, and in small confined spaces.

Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and test equipment

Also it’s an advantage to familiar with Honeywell Access control systems and Honeywell WinPak software, ZK Teco and Biotime software solutions.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
