Senior ELT Methodology Specialist

Responisibilities: -

Design comprehensive offline workshop curricula, session plans, handouts, and presentation decks tailored to practicing English teachers.

Facilitate engaging, hands-on, case-study-driven offline training sessions in our central event hall in Tashkent.

Guide novice (junior) teachers on classroom management, lesson planning, student engagement techniques, and interactive communicative approaches.

-

Deliver advanced methodologies to experienced educators facing professional plateau, covering modern ELT trends, EdTech integration, and prep frameworks for high-stakes standardized exams (specifically TOEFL iBT).

Foster an open, collaborative community environment through Q&A moderation and structured professional networking.

-

Review post-session participant feedback to continuously iterate and refine future training modules.

Requirements: -

English Proficiency: C1 / C2 (IELTS 8.0+ or TOEFL iBT 105+).

Pedagogical Credentials: Internationally recognized teaching certification: CELTA, DELTA, DipTESOL, or certified TESOL/TEFL (CELTA or DELTA strongly preferred).

Teaching Experience: Minimum 6 years of active English language teaching across various proficiency levels.

Training Experience: Verifiable experience conducting teacher training sessions, workshops, TT bootcamps, or academic seminars (portfolio, session recordings, or past module outlines preferred).

Strong public speaking, room-command, and crowd-engagement capabilities.

In-depth understanding of the TOEFL iBT format, scoring rubrics, and diagnostic strategies is a significant advantage. (Preferrable)
