Coordinate power, lighting, LV, ELV, earthing and containment works. Allocate electricians, helpers and technicians based on daily work targets. Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and site instructions. Monitor manpower productivity and quality of work. Coordinate with Electrical Engineers and Site Engineers for daily activities. Ensure required materials, tools and equipment are available before starting work. Report material shortages, technical issues and site constraints to the Engineer. Ensure workers follow HSE requirements and safe working practices. Support QA/QC inspections and rectify site comments when required. Monitor material usage and minimize wastage. Maintain proper housekeeping in work areas. Prepare daily manpower and progress updates. Guide junior supervisors and electrical teams. Support testing, snagging and handover activities. Ensure assigned work is completed within planned targets. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma / ITI / technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related trade. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant electrical site experience in MEP projects, preferably in the UAE. Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Supervisor is preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical installation works including power, lighting, LV, ELV, earthing and containment. Ability to read electrical shop drawings and site layouts. Good knowledge of tools, materials and electrical installation practices. Understanding of HSE and QA/QC requirements. Ability to manage electricians, technicians and helpers effectively. Good communication and coordination skills. Work Location: In person
