Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE development. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules. Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, SOAP/XML, and REST API integrations. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices. Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Experience with Azure Service Bus, Function Apps, and Application Insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in mobile application development or ECM platforms is an advantage.
