Senior Director – Strategy & Portfolio Management

We are conducting a confidential search for a senior strategy professional with experience in real estate management.

The role will focus on identifying growth opportunities, improving portfolio performance and leading strategic initiatives across a diversified portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing strategic plans and evaluating new business opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve operating performance, efficiency and profitability.
• Building business cases to support investment and commercial decisions.
• Leading initiatives across investment, asset management, finance and operations teams.
• Translating strategic priorities into implementation plans and tracking results.

We are interested in candidates who bring:

• Significant experience in strategy, transformation or performance improvement within real estate.
• A background with a property investor, developer, asset manager or management consultancy.
• Experience taking initiatives from analysis through implementation.
• Strong financial, commercial and stakeholder management skills.

Experience combining management consulting with an in-house real estate role would be particularly relevant.
