They’re looking for a Senior Devops Engineer based anywhere in Europe (Remote), to join their team As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers the company's DeX and Network. MISSIONS Infrastructure Design & Automation: Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Build scalable, reproducible environments that support high-throughput, low-latency trading systems. CI/CD & Developer Experience: Own and improve the CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, and smart contract codebases. Ensure fast, reliable builds and deployments with strong observability and rollback mechanisms. Monitoring, Observability & Reliability: Define and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies to achieve maximum system reliability and early incident detection. Drive SLO/SLI/SLAs and participate in on-call rotations. Scalability & Performance: Optimize infrastructure for latency-sensitive workloads. Tune autoscaling policies, network configurations, and resource utilization to ensure consistent performance during peak loads. Security & Compliance: Implement robust security practices across infrastructure, CI/CD, and runtime environments. Protect systems from evolving threats through network segmentation, secret management, and runtime hardening. Incident Response & Disaster Recovery: Establish and maintain playbooks, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery plans. Lead post-incident reviews and proactively address root causes. Cost Management: Continuously monitor and optimize cloud costs while ensuring performance and redundancy requirements are met. Technological Evaluation: Stay current on infrastructure tooling, orchestration frameworks, and security best practices. Evaluate new technologies for potential adoption to improve performance and resilience. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear, detailed documentation for infrastructure, processes, and runbooks. Mentor engineers and help foster a culture of reliability and automation across the team.
