In this role, you will modernize operations by building custom applications, managing complex integrations, and implementing automated workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-proof technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules with a strong focus on AppEngine and integration protocols. Build complex scripts, workflows, custom forms, business rules, record producers, and user-friendly self-service portals. Maintain platform compliance and create comprehensive technical documentation including High-Level Solution Designs (HLSD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), Security Licenses to Operate (SLTO), and Deployment Plans. Perform root cause analysis on platform issues, conduct code reviews, and support production releases in Agile environments. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders while mentoring team members to elevate technical platform capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Over 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, AppEngine customization, and enterprise API integrations. Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, business rules, record producers, and portal creation. Proven experience working within Agile software development frameworks (Scrum and Kanban). Demonstrated ability to author technical architectural documentation (HLSD, SDD, SLTO, and Deployment Plans). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
