In this role, you will identify market opportunities, manage complex portfolio risk, and help scale the firm's trading infrastructure. Experience 100% flexibilty - You can work from home, in the office or a mix. What you'll do: - Execute profitable trading strategies across perpetuals, options, and derivatives markets. - Monitor real-time portfolio performance, Greeks exposure, and key risk metrics. - Diagnose and resolve live trading infrastructure issues and strategy anomalies. - Contribute to the development of post-trade analytical tools and dashboards. What you bring: - 5+ years of profitable derivatives trading experience within a bank, prop firm, or market maker. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. - Proficiency in Python, plus experience with C++ or Rust or Kdb is good to have. - Deep understanding of derivatives pricing, hedging techniques, and risk management frameworks. - Highly adaptable self-starter who thrives under pressure in high-stakes environments. - Strong background in traditional finance with a keen interest in crypto assets. - Prior experience trading crypto derivatives is preferred.
