In this role, you will lead complex data science projects from ideation to deployment, leveraging advanced machine learning, statistical modeling, and big data technologies to drive strategic decisions and deliver business value. You will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, engineers, and analysts to define problems, build predictive models, and provide actionable insights that improve performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and data-driven solutions to solve real-world business problems. Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for innovation. Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership within the team. Communicate findings clearly through data visualizations, reports, and presentations. Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to understand goals and shape data science strategy. Ensure best practices in data quality, model validation, and ethical AI use. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD is a plus. 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning roles. Proficient in Python or R, SQL, and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Strong background in statistical modeling, A/B testing, NLP, or time-series forecasting. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen.
