The ideal candidate will have a combination of product management, data platform, analytics, and technical experience. The candidate will define product strategy and roadmaps, manage backlogs and requirements, collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders, and drive the development of scalable data platforms and analytics solutions. Duties - Own the end-to-end data product lifecycle , from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and continuous improvement. - Define and maintain data product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs. - Translate business problems and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, features, and specifications . - Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, data quality, governance, and platform capabilities. - Partner with Engineering, Data Engineering, Analytics, UX, Business, Legal, and other cross-functional teams. - Lead development and enhancement of data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/data pipelines, and analytics products . - Work with technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Teradata, AWS, Azure, dbt , or similar data platforms. - Drive data governance, data quality, data lineage, metadata, and compliance initiatives. - Develop analytics and visualization products using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker . - Define KPIs and success metrics and use data-driven insights to measure product adoption and business impact. - Lead Agile product development, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, and product releases. - Collaborate with technical teams on data architecture, integrations, APIs, ETL pipelines, and data models. - Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product strategy, priorities, roadmap, risks, and progress. - Support modernization and migration initiatives involving cloud data platforms and data warehouses . Experience - 8–10+ years of experience in Product Management / Technical Product Management / Data & Analytics . - Strong experience managing data products or data platforms . - Experience creating product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and user stories . - Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, and data platforms . - Experience with one or more: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Teradata, Redshift . - Strong SQL and understanding of data modeling and data architecture . - Experience with data governance and data quality . - Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker , or similar BI tools. - Strong Agile/Scrum experience. - Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills.
