This role is ideal for someone who is a driver, problem solver, and technical leader , not just an order taker. A highly motivated engineer who takes ownership, thinks strategically, and actively contributes to product innovation. We need someone who can lead, influence, and drive solutions , rather than simply execute assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and data platforms using Databricks and PySpark. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to shape solutions and influence technical direction. Take ownership of end-to-end data engineering initiatives, from design through production deployment. Drive best practices in data architecture, performance optimization, and code quality. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in data engineering. Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Python, and PySpark . Experience building and supporting production-grade data solutions in cloud environments. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions, drive decisions, and lead outcomes. Work Location: Remote
