The role will translate operational data into accurate reports, insights, and recommendations that support business decisions and improve overall performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage data analysis and reporting activities. Analyze warehouse, inventory, sales, and operational data. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance summaries. Monitor key operational metrics and identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports. Develop and improve data analysis processes and reporting systems. Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Inventory, Sales, and other departments. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency. Lead and guide team members in data gathering, analysis, and reporting. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. With experience in data analysis, warehouse, inventory, retail, sales, or distribution operations . With supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and leadership skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Work Location: Caloocan South Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday | On-site Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Company events Health insurance Work Location: In person
