The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing competitive freight quotations, converting enquiries into bookings, and managing key customer accounts across FCL, LCL, Air Freight, Courier, LTL, and FTL services . The role will also focus on developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment execution and a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries for FCL, LCL, Air Freight, Courier, LTL, and FTL services. Prepare quotations and follow up to secure bookings. Coordinate and manage bookings with customers, carriers, airlines, and overseas agents. Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts by providing excellent customer service. Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by promoting additional logistics services. Ensure timely updates to customers on shipment status and proactively resolve any service issues. Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments. Monitor customer satisfaction and address complaints or escalations promptly. Negotiate rates with suppliers and provide competitive pricing to customers while maintaining profitability. Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
