# Senior Credit Collections Analyst **FS Resources Malaysia Sdn Bhd** · Kuala Lumpur · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Credit Collections Analyst, Senior (Full time, Possible to Hybrid) Location: Kuala Lumpur Industry: Shared Services Salary: RM 4,500 - RM 6,800 Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end O2C process and cross-functional coordination Contact customers via phone/email to collect on delinquent accounts Analyze data to verify information and uncover collection issues Resolve complex queries and provide training/mentoring to team members Maintain accurate records of customer communications and collection efforts Prepare and present collection reports Ensure compliance with SOX, US GAAP, and local statutory regulations Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Act as a backup to the supervisor in daily operations Key Requirements: 3+ years of work experience within finance/credit & collections End-to-end understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process Experience contacting customers to resolve delinquent accounts Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is an advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Highly organized with strong attention to detail Knowledge of SOX compliance and US GAAP is an advantage Continuous improvement mindset (LEAN Six Sigma is a plus) Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,800.00 per month Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have in credit and collections?
