The Opportunity

As a member of the Group Finance function and reporting to the Internal Audit Director, you'll play a key role in strengthening risk management, internal controls and governance across our business in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. From leading audits to investigating business risks and partnering with senior stakeholders, you'll have the opportunity to turn your insights into meaningful business improvements.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a Big 4 or Mid-Tier audit background and manufacturing experience who is ready to move into an in-house role, build commercial acumen and develop their career for the long term.

What you will do

• Lead internal audits, reviews and investigations across our business, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Assess financial, operational and system controls to strengthen governance, compliance and accountability.
• Partner with business leaders to develop practical solutions and remediation plans.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support investigations and special project reviews.
• Build strong relationships across our sites, markets and functions..
• Travel domestically and internationally across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific as required.

What you will Bring

• A degree in Accounting, with CA or CPA qualification.
• Proven internal or external audit experience, ideally gained within a Big 4 or Mid-Tier professional services firm.
• Experience auditing within manufacturing, FMCG or a similarly complex operational environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to identify risks and practical solutions.
• Confident communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present findings constructively.
• A collaborative mindset, sound judgement and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate.
• Flexibility to travel up to 60% across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
